How will wearing a slim look

Do you want to look slim? You can learn to dress so that you can look slim. You can do this by choosing the right color, texture, patter, size, style, to fit your particular shape. Slim people do not need this advice. If thin people want to look more curvy then they can learn to achieve this goal too. You can dress to look taller or shorter. You can achieve the desire looks by choosing your clothing by its particular shape, pattern, colors, and length.

Let's begin with individuals that want to look thinner, you want to choose these colors: black, brown, gray, green, burgundy and any darker colors to make your look thinner or hide your curves. You want to avoid these colors: white, silver, pink, red, and anything that is pastel or light because it'll accentuate your figure. You probably have seen someone in a bright white pants that show all of their figure before. I guess its alright if you don't mind looking that way. Its your choice but you can find ways to look thinner. Next time you're going shopping You can avoid the bright colors because it doesn't help.

Next You should choose the type of fabrics that can make you look thinner. You want to avoid these types of fabrics : tight jeans, spandex, pastel pattern, thick corduroys, jeans, non-stretchy fabrics. Fabrics you want to choose are stretchy fabrics, sweats, cotton, knits because these will make you look slimmer and gives you plenty of room to breathe.

There are types of clothing that should avoid: tight jeans, tight pants, tight non-stretchy shirt, short-short or skirts. The keyword here is to avoid tight. This should make sense to you because tight clothing will reveal your figure more and make you very uncomfortable. Clothing you should choose are easy, stretchy, breathable clothing, the choice here is loose, stretchy, and plenty of room to breathe. This type of clothing would hide your figures and make you more comfortable.

The types of pattern that you should choose are busy pattern like stripes, circular, busy designs with many things on it because these will make you look thinner and hides your shape. You should avoid wearing solid or singular lines that accentuate certain body parts. You can add heels to make you look taller and thus thinner. You should not wear too many flats if you're short because this will only make you look bigger.

If you want to look more curvy because you are too thin then you can try all of the things that the large size person avoids and you can achieve that goal. You can wear brighter colors because it will accentuate your figures. You can try tight clothing and non-stretchy because it will put like 10 lbs on you. You can wear solid colors to show off your shape instead of hiding it like busy pattern. You can wear flats to make you shorter and more curvy.

Good Shoes Make Happy Feet!

Women and shoes. Shoes and women. The two belong together like peanut butter and jelly. Women's fascination with shoes is a deep rooted love that men are incapable of fully understanding. Playing dress up and clunking around ungracefully in mommy's heels, little girls learn to love the
clicking of high heel shoes on a hardwood floor. The familiar click-click quickly becomes associated with fashion and beauty in a girl's mind.

Despite repeated warnings of negative effects on the feet, women of the world continue to wear high heels. The right shoes complete a gorgeous outfit. Heels add height to a woman's stature, while making the muscles of the calves look leaner and more defined. Most of all, women wear high heels because the shoes make us feel sexy and empowered at the same time.

Feet are an amazing part of our anatomy; they get us through every day of our lives. What people don't understand is the amount of stress we put on our feet. Think about it, our feet support our entire body, they are affected by every step we take and if they're not
taken care of we can feel it by the end of day. Thankfully, shoes were invented and have a vast amount of help when it comes to taking care of our feet.

A good pair of shoes usually last about 6 months. Countless people buy shoes thinking they'll hold up for years, but after six months the shoes begin breaking down and the once supportive parts of the shoes don't do what they were made for. It's also a good idea to buy two pairs of shoes, that way you can switch between them and get the complete wear out of each pair.

So you need new shoes, well the first thing to do it narrow down what kind of shoe you're looking for. We'll stick with athletic shoes in this article since they usually give the best support and are used in day-to-day life. There's walking shoes, running shoes and even cross training shoes. Just off the top of my head, four brands of shoes stick out when thinking about those categories: Asics, New Balance and Nike are quite popular and have some of the best feedback from customers. Another good brand is Ryka, their shoes are made specifically for women, a good thing to know since male and female feet tend to differ.

We'll start with the basics - you want to find a pair of shoes and try them on, but what about your size? Well, a lot of people think if they are a size 10, they'll always be a size 10, but that's not correct. Shoes fit differently and feet change all the time. It's a great idea to have someone measure your foot with a Brannock Device. This handy device can measure your arch length, width of your foot and of course, the length of your foot. A good thing to take note of is the fact that the Brannock Device is an American foot measuring system and a lot of shoes are foreign made. A brand to be aware of is Nike because most of their shoes tend to fit a half size smaller. For example, if you wear a size 10, I would recommend trying on a size 10 1/2.

You'll want some room in your shoe. The most common form of giving the allotted amount of room in your shoe is to hold your thumb sidewise from your big toe. If the Brannock Device is showing your foot length is a size nine, have the person measuring your foot place their thumb sidewise
from your big toe. The combination of your foot and a thumbs width should give you the proper size.

Let's say you have your shoe size and width and a pair of shoes you like, now you want to try them on. I've found that sitting down with your foot firmly planted on the ground works best. Feet flatten out when you put your weight on them so you want to tie your shoe after your foot has flattened out in your shoe. Once you get your shoe tied to your liking, stand up and test them out.

Some of the things I keep in mind are how the shoe supports your heels since your heels absorb a lot of the shock from walking. I also keep in mind the way it supports my arch. Arch lengths and heights are different, but you want them supported because if they aren't supported properly, they can end up falling as you age. If you're flat-footed, you don't want a shoe with high arch supports because it can become bothersome to your foot.

Most everyone's feet either roll inwards or outwards. If your feet roll inwards it's called pronation and if they go outwards it's under-pronation or supination. Some people don't have to worry too much about this, but if you've had problems with your body aching after being on your feet, you may want to look into getting a shoe that helps straighten your walk. For example, New Balance has shoes with roll bars in their heels and these can help keep your stride normal. There are also many kinds of orthopedic insoles that help keep your walking straight, including Spenco's Total Support for him and her.

These are just a few pointers to keep in mind when shopping for shoes. The most important thing is that your shoes make your feet feel good. Keep in mind that most shoes do have to be broken in first, so give them a few days to see how they make your feet feel. Remember, good shoes make happy feet!

health to skin

There are many new or refined treatment options available today for skin conditions. Consultation with a dermatologist is recommended to determine which option is best for your condition as well as for recommendations about how to keep your skin healthy. Here are a few treatment options for common skin conditions.

*

Acne:

Treatment can include topical or oral antibiotics and special creams to remove plugs at the opening of the oil glands. Birth control pills can sometimes improve acne. When washing, you should use a mild soap and avoid scrubbing. Topical benzoyl peroxide can help reduce bacteria, and retinoic acid can help unblock pores. Acne washes and non-prescription preparations may also be helpful. When not treated, moderate and severe acne can cause significant scarring. Cosmetic treatment for scarring includes chemical peels, dermabrasion and laser resurfacing. For deep, crater-like scars where laser resurfacing is ineffective, there is soft tissue augmentation. This is a procedure in which the patient's fat (from another part of the body) is used to correct the deep contour, or soft tissue fillers like collagen, hyaluronic acid or fascia lata may be used. Accutane, a prescription medication, can provide long-term remission of acne in some people.
*

Rosacea:

Treatment includes avoiding dietary, environmental and emotional triggers known to cause flare-ups, as well as practicing "sun safety" whenever possible -- cover up with sunscreen, wear light-colored, tightly woven protective clothing and avoid the sun. This condition also can be managed with topical or oral antibiotics. Metronidazole, another prescription medication, in cream, lotion or gel form is often used to treat the condition. Topical sodium sulfacetamide with or without sulfur preparations may be prescribed for rosacea treatment. If rosacea isn't responding to these treatments, or if cystic lesions form, tetracycline or other oral antibiotics usually controls it. You can reduce the redness of rosacea with make-up foundation that has a green tint or by undergoing laser or electrosurgery treatment. These destroy the dilated blood vessels which reduces the redness.
*

Eczema:

Treatment includes oral antihistamines for relief of the severe itching, as well as topical steroids to relieve the inflammation and itchiness. Recently, Protopic (Tacrolimus ointment) and pimecrolimus were approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, the first two medications of a new (within the last 40 years) class of drugs called topical immunomodulators (or TIMS) to treat eczema. TIMS are steroid-free and are appropriate and effective for patients seeking an option to avoid the side effects associated with steroids. Moisturizers are an essential part of eczema therapy but should be chosen carefully because they can inflame sensitive skin. Petroleum jelly is an excellent bland lubricant for this condition. Newer therapies available include Protopic (tacrolimus) ointment and Elidel (pimecrolimus) cream. These topical treatments affect skin's immune system.
*

Dandruff:

Medicated shampoos containing coal tar (Ionil T, T/gel, Pentrax), salicylic acid (X-Seb, Scalpicin), selenium (Selsun Blue), zinc (Head & Shoulders, ZNP), Nizoral AD or sulfur (Meted or Sebulex) can help this condition. For best results, buy two or three brands/types and alternate them. Prescription shampoos and topical steroid medications may be necessary in difficult-to-treat cases.
*

Hives:

Antihistamines and (sometimes) oral steroids usually are prescribed to treat hives. Leukotriene inhibitors (oral medications) that are used to treat asthma can also be used to help treat difficult cases of hives.
*

Psoriasis:

There is no cure for this condition, but treatments can reduce skin inflammation. Topical steroid medications are frequently prescribed, but the condition often returns quickly once treatment ends. UVB light therapy, sunlight, oral and topical vitamin A derivatives, coal tar, anthralin and topical vitamin D derivatives often help. Tacrolimus (oral medication) and new injectable medications used for treating arthritis, such as Enbrel (etanercept) or Remicade (infliximab), seem to be very effective for some individuals with psoriasis. For more severe forms of psoriasis, methotrexate, an immunosuppressant drug used to treat rheumatoid arthritis and other conditions, is sometimes prescribed. This medication, which can be taken by pill or injection, slows cell production by suppressing the immune system. Patients taking methotrexate must be closely monitored to avoid possible liver damage and/or decreased cell counts. Pregnant women or those who are planning to become pregnant should not use methotrexate.
*

Stretch marks:

There is no cure for stretch marks, although topical retinoic acid and laser treatments may lighten them. Treatment may not be worth the cost since it won't completely eliminate stretch marks. Topical camouflaging makeup provides a quick cover up for stretch marks.

Skin Cancer Treatments

There are three primary kinds of treatments your health care professional may use to treat your actinic keratoses (precancerous lesions) or your skin cancer:

*

surgery, which removes the cancer, or destroys these abnormal cells
*

chemotherapy, which uses drugs to kill these abnormal cells
*

radiation therapy, which uses x-rays to kill cancer cells

Most often, your health care professional will choose surgery. Common types of skin cancer surgery techniques include:

*

Cryosurgery freezes the tumor, which kills it.
*

Electrodessication and curettage involves your health care professional coring out the skin cancer with a special tool and using an electric current to burn the tumor and destroy any additional tumor cells.
*

Simple excision cuts the cancer from the skin in a football shape, along with a border of some of the healthy tissue around it.
*

Mohs micrographic surgery removes the cancer and is a tissue-sparing technique. The specialized surgeon removes the cancer and maps it out, then examines the skin under a microscope, only taking additional pieces if any cancer remains. This method allows a complex repair to be done that day and know that the cancer is gone and that a second procedure will be required. This type of procedure is used for recurrent skin cancers or on delicate areas of the face such as the nose.
*

Laser surgery uses a highly focused beam of light to destroy the cancer cells.

Removal of large tumors creates large defects, so sometimes skin is taken from another part of your body and grafted over the area where the cancer was removed.

Chemotherapy can be a topical cream or lotion placed on the skin to kill cancer cells, an orally ingested drug, or a drug that is injected directly into the tumor, or a vein or muscle.

Radiation therapy shrinks tumors with x-rays aimed at the affected area from outside the body.

A more recent and less common technique called photodynamic therapy uses a certain type of light and a special (light-sensitive) chemical to kill cancer cells.

When it comes to your skin, there is an extremely important fact that you must keep in mind: Your skin is the largest organ of your body. As an obvious result, skin health and maintenance is crucial. Your skin does everything from protecting you from the elements to assisting you with breathing. Your skin keeps your body hydrated and regulates your body’s temperature. In the end, this really is only the beginning of all of the various vital functions that your skin provides to you every moment of your life.

Despite the extreme importance of a person’s skin, the reality is that many men and women simply do not pay a great deal of attention to issues pertaining to the health of their skin. Indeed, chances are that you may in fact be a person who really does not pay enough attention to his or her skin. With that in mind, there are some prime tips and pointers that you must always keep in mind when it comes to the health and protection of your skin – today and into the future.

Protection against harmful rays from the sun is one of the most important steps that you need to take when it comes to protecting your skin and when it comes to maintaining the health of your skin. With this in mind it is vitally important that you make certain you utilize solid protection when you go out into the sun.

In regard to sunscreen you need to purchase products that contain UVA-1, UVA-2 and UVB protection. There are still sunscreen products on the market today that provide only partial protection.

Your diet also has a direct impact on the health of your skin. The most important aspect of your diet in relation to the health of your skin is to make certain that you eat a proper amount of food items that contain the proteins and nutrients necessary for cellular maintenance, repair and regeneration. With this in mind, your skin cells actually rely on a sufficient amount of carbohydrates.

Water is also important to the Health of your skin. While you certainly have heard it before, it actually is true that you should drink at least eight 8-ounce glasses of fresh and pure water each and every day. There are many health benefits to be derived from drinking water daily, including maintaining healthy skin.

Finally, when it comes to the health of your skin today and into the future you should avoid smoking all together. In addition, you should drink alcohol only in moderation. Both smoking and excessive alcohol consumption can negatively impact the health of your skin in significant ways

Your Skin and Vitamins

What is the Vitamin?

A vitamin is an organic compound required as a nutrient in tiny amounts by an organism.

1. A compound is called a vitamin when it cannot be synthesized in sufficient quantities by an organism, and must be obtained from the diet. Thus, the term is conditional both on the circumstances and the particular organism. For example, ascorbic acid functions as vitamin C for some animals but not others, and vitamins D and K are required in the human diet only in certain circumstances.

2. The term vitamin does not include other essential nutrients such as dietary minerals, essential fatty acids, or essential amino acids, nor does it encompass the large number of other nutrients that promote health but are otherwise required less often.

3.Vitamins are classified by their biological and chemical activity, not their structure. Thus, each "vitamin" may refer to several vitamer compounds that all show the biological activity associated with a particular vitamin. Such a set of chemicals are grouped under an alphabetized vitamin " generic descriptor "title, such as" vitamin A, "which includes the compounds retinal, retinol, and many carotenoids.

4. Vitamers are often inter-converted in the body.

Vitamins have diverse biochemical functions, including function as hormones (eg vitamin D), antioxidants (eg vitamin E), and mediators of cell signaling and regulators of cell and tissue growth and differentiation (eg vitamin A).

5. The largest number of vitamins (eg B complex vitamins) function as precursors for enzyme cofactor bio-molecules (coenzymes), that help act as catalysts and substrates in metabolism. When acting as part of a catalyst, vitamins are bound to enzymes and are called prosthetic groups. For example, biotin is part of enzymes involved in making fatty acids. Vitamins also act as coenzymes to carry chemical groups between enzymes. For example, folic acid carries various forms of carbon group - methyl, formyl and methylene - in the cell. Although these roles in assisting enzyme reactions are vitamins' best-known function, the other vitamin functions are equally important.

6.Until the 1900s, vitamins were obtained solely through food intake, and changes in diet (which, for example, could occur during a particular growing season) can alter the types and amounts of vitamins ingested. Vitamins have been produced as commodity chemicals and made widely available as inexpensive pills for several decades,

7. allowing supplementation of the dietary intake.

I think I will say that thanks for posting this article. Its very true that skin needs it's vitamins too...Anti-oxidants are also wonderful for younger and healthier skin.

Vitamins and Your Skin
Should you take 'em, wear 'em--or both?

By Brooke Eastburn , Brooke Eastbrun lives in Los Angeles with her husband and is a freelance writer for Prevention, Glamour, More and Brides.
You've probably noticed vitamins in facial creams and as skin-friendly supplements. So which vitamin supplements should you wear and which ones should you swallow for great skin care?

Read on for answers.

V. E
Orally: Taking 400 IU of vitamin E daily can reduce wrinkles and improve skin texture. Look for "natural" or "d-alpha tocopherol" on labels. Topically: Preliminary studies suggest that E reduces chronic UV-induced skin damage. Bottom line: Take it now, wear it later. Pills are the way to go, but E creams are showing promise.

V. C
Orally: Taking vitamin C counteracts the effects of sun exposure by reducing free-radical damage, which can lead to wrinkles and cancer. Topically: It can decrease sun damage and enhance collagen production if it's in an effective, stable form; look for "L-ascorbic acid," "ascorbic palmitate," or "magnesium ascorbyl phosphate" on labels. Bottom line: Take it and wear it. Pop 500 to 2,000 mg a day and use a C cream. Try SkinCeuticals C+E.

V. B
Orally: Unless you suffer from a deficiency, supplements won't noticeably improve your skin. Topically: Research shows that panthenol (B5) and niacinamide (B3), added to skin care products, help hydrate skin and even out tone. Bottom line: Wear it. You can find it in the Olay Total Effects line.

V. A
Orally: Most people get enough in their diets to make supplements unnecessary, and getting more than 5,000 IU a day may up the risk of hip fracture. Topically: It's been shown to clear up acne and reduce the appearance of fine lines and pores. Bottom line: Wear it. Vitamin A is most effective in prescription form. A less potent option, retinol, is available in OTC creams. Try the RoC Retinol Actif Pur line.

Speaking for myself but perhaps also for others, the problem is this: I doubt my diet is balanced.

And while I am fairly successful at avoiding bad things in my diet — e.g., excessive bad fat and excessive sodium, I doubt I am getting enough of the good things. So it seems harmless and perhaps beneficial to take a few supplements in modest amounts. The problem then becomes finding supplements available in modest amounts instead of mega-amounts. And most of the multi-vitamins are simply too potent. So I take small supplements of B-complex, a little more of folic acid, zinc, omega-e oils, and, at a doctor’s direction, potassium. Maybe occasionally a time-released C, but not dfaily. But, except for the potassium, all of these things in much smaller amounts than one would find in the typical multi-vitamin.

Fashionable Rapid Dressing Methods

Moden women are almost business women, they can't avoid to work overtime or randan all night. However, the next day of staying up all night,it will appear many problems. For example, they don't seem energetic, their complexion is gray, and their eyes glaze over, and the most important is that they still have to go to work on time.Needless to think about it,hurry up to learn "urgency dressing methods" to remedy it,and stand before workmates as a brilliant image.

When wakes up in the early morning, mirror reflects a idle and lazy face:double eyes are red and turgescent, eyes turn black, expression becomes grey yellow, that can't be beared to watch. However, looking at the time in a hurry,it's bad,it will reach the work time, blaring in the heart:How should I do?

Emergency removing "disaster" method

Make use of hot pack to avoid black eye socket

Use cotton to wet touch the hot water,or use wet towel to pack with glue velum, put it in the micro-wave oven to heat up,then apply it on the eyes, this can remove black eye socket. When dressing, cover it up with fondation make-up cream.

Cold astringent clears up eyes edema

Use cold towel or cotton to apply it around the eyes. It's suitable to use some shrink color like grey eyes image to cover up edema.Avoid adopting brown color,or else,it will enhance reverse effect.

Cold and hot alternation,amend complexion

When the complextion is not good, apply your face with hot towel. This can make pores complely open and to prevent cosmetic off.It needs cold astringent to lap face and make it shrink. This method can remove face edema. It's suitable to adopt light pink when dressing.

Gently lap nose,shrink pores

There are two reasons inducing thin pores crassitude:First, thin pores is generally in the shape of open.Second, thin pores is blocked by cutin and dirt.As for the former, pat face with shrink water after washing face.As for the latter, foment makes pores open. Then wash face with small-thrill gauze.

Avoid canthus wrinkle with hairdressing liquid

Because of dryness,it's easy to produce wrinkle around eyes.Drip a drop of hairdressing liquid when dressing,or sprend on the eyes with cotton touching shrink water.

Dressing technique for the hurry time

One-minute face dressing

It's better to choose powder snap and big brush when dressing, this can apply cosmetics rapidly.Red-cheek brush should follow the order of from the cheekbone to eyehole.

Five-minute face dressing

Eye socket besmears grey eye trace, mop up averagely with fingers.

After the eyelash is nipped roll, brush eye blck.

Neatly brush the eyebow with eyebow brush, and add grey eye trace.

Paint the above and below eyes lines, the above eyes lines should be brushed as the shape of gradually layers.

One-minute lip dressing

After outlining lip shape with lip-line pen, wipe lipstick. It means that a dressing has completed.

Wipe eyes shadow with the finger which has been wiped foundation make-up

Powder-shaped eyes shadow commonly fly everywhere. This makes you in a hurry more fussy. You might wipe eyes shadow with the finger which has been wiped foundation make-up.This can solve the problem.

Office emergency make-up mending method

For off the off-duty time, you may find that the morning dressing has appeared a pile of problem:lipstick is dark, eyes line and eye black flood, eyes shadow and foundation make-up break off,the skin comes out oil, eyebrow transmutates and so on.

Lipstick becomes fog,you needs to wipe a more brighter lipstick than before,or use it with vaseline. However, when mixing, you must first adjust it on the arm(mixing same-color eye shadow on the lipstick can improve its caducous disadvantage).

Beautiful eyebrow begins to be in a clutter. You might as well decorate it with eye black.Pay attention that you should control the usage weight.Heavy weight will make eyebrow too black and artificial.

When rewiping the eye shadow,it can be adopted the method of "little quantity, many times",which can wipe thin and average(the woman whose skin is dry is suitable to choose wet-effect eye shadow).

After the skin comes out oil,you must use wet cotton to wipe up,and rewipe the foundation make-up.The part where wipes too thick should use dry cotton to gently wipe, and be sure to brush prink cheek.

Working in the air-conditioner house, you'd better spray the water onto the face with atomizer. When spraying, don't directly spray the water onto the face, you should first cover a tissue and then spray the water.

When the eye black incautiously runs over, after wiping it with cotton stick, wipe some foundation make-up to cover it up.Before using the eye line pen,it's better to use lighter to heat up the pen core first, which can make pen core become soft, and easy to paint.

Top 7 Ways to Look Younger Instantly

Women always try to look younger .The most common proposal is to change lifestyle such as changing your diet, getting enough sleep, and reducing stress. Another option is to provide women with cosmetic surgery, expensive, and may be unsafe.

This article outlines the five ways to make you appear younger without having to carry out
plastic surgery or a significant change in the way of life.

Trick 1: Whiten Your Teeth

TLC channel's "What Not to Wear" make-up artist, Carmindy is quick to point out that a great way to appear younger is to brighten your smile. Fortunately, doing so is much easier than it was a few years ago, with many products being sold inexpensively in stores. Use a 7-day whitening kit like Crest's Whitestrips. You will be surprised by how such a little enhancement can drastically improve one's appearance. (There is a reason why this is a frequently offered "look younger" tip.)

Trick 2: Avoid pearl necklaces

Again, peals date you the way no other accessory can. Pearls are reminiscent of June Cleaver from Leave it to Beaver. Leave it to Beaver aired from 1957 to 1963. Do you want people to think you were alive in the 1950s? No! Once again, if you wear accessories that are associated with older women, you are only going to reinforce the appearance that you are older. Whereas, if you go with accessories that are normally associated with younger women, you are going to fool people into believing you are younger.

Trick 3: Wear Heels

There is something to be said for a pair of killer heels. In addition to instantly updating an outfit (as is evidenced with a pair of simple jeans), heels have a way of changing the way a woman walks. Usually this is seen in a slight dip of the hip, and a hint of pride in the stride. But heels also lengthen the legs and flatter the feet. Fortunately for high-heel lovers, many shoe designers are paying more attention to the comfort factor involved in wearing these lofty shoes. Additionally, there are several different styles of heels that are both flattering and comfortable. Peep-toe wedges are great for longer stretches of time on the feet. And if you're still not keen on a tall shoe, try a "kitten heel." A kitten heel is much shorter--and when worn with a pointy toe, and very long slacks, it is virtually impossible to tell exactly how high the heels are.

Trick 4: Get a Trendy Handbag

Accessories play a huge role in fashion. That being said, a hand bag can make or break an outfit, just as a shoe can. A really good purse, especially one that is a conversation piece, is a terrific way of updating your look. Since bags are worn outwardly, handbag purchases are usually very specific. The idea is to make a modern statement, even if you tend to wear more classical pieces in your wardrobe. A punchy-looking bag is an instant update that can add not just youth but sophistication as well.

Trick 53: Get Bangs
For some reason, wearing bangs is a terrific way to instantly add youth to the face. Provided that the bangs are the right length (and attached to the right style) they will most often frame the face in a flattering way. And
because the hair lies on the forehead, any lines or age spots will be covered, drawing more attention to your great
eyes. If you don't quite have the hair for bangs, experiment with hair pieces or wigs. This is in fact a wonderful way to temporarily try out a new style. But in general, the right set of bangs is like beauty magic!

Trick 6: Use Eyeliner

Use Eyeliner Use white or brown, not black. White opens your eyes, makes you look more alert. Black is too dark
and can draw attention to dark circles under your eyes,
another aging factor.

Trick 7: Ditch the Black

One thing that will instantly brighten your appearance is the use of color. Lots of women have incorporated black into their wardrobes because it is supposedly an easy color to care for, and is rumored to be quite slimming. But after a time, wearing lots of black can actually drain you of color, making you appear "heavy" and thereby older than you really are. You needn't expel every single black item from your wardrobe. But try ditching it every now and then in favor of some color. Learn which colors work best for your skin undertones. The same goes for make-up: try switching out your black eye liners, in favor of dark brown or eggplant colored eye liners. Adding color to the body and face is perhaps the easiest way to brighten your look and allow for a "pop" of youth.

The key to remember: always go for looks that are associated with younger women, such as up to date accessories, and stylish clothes, longer hair. If you dye your hair and avoid dated items such as clip on earrings and pearl necklaces
, you can successfully cheat on looking younger without having to undergo plastic surgery or
making drastic lifestyle changes.
